This USP 4/0 suture is supplied in blue for enhanced visibility and fitted with an HR 16 round bodied taper point needle (16 mm) on a 75 cm strand, allowing smooth, atraumatic passage through soft tissue.

Luxylene polypropylene sutures are intended for soft tissue approximation and ligation where long-term wound support is required and absorption is not desired.
