2. Business Customers Only

All deliveries are made strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are acting in the course of business
  • Delivery is to a business address or authorised business recipient

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders may be delayed where:
    • Stock is unavailable
    • Payment or account issues arise
    • Additional verification is required

We reserve the right to prioritise orders based on:

  • Stock availability
  • Account status
  • Commercial considerations

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days (estimate only)
  • Express services may be available upon request

5. Carriers & Methods

We use reputable carriers including:

Carrier selection is at our discretion based on:

  • Delivery location

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring:
    • Accurate delivery details
    • Suitable access for delivery

For larger consignments:

  • Delivery may be kerbside only
  • Unloading is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise

7. Risk & Title

  • Risk transfers upon delivery
  • Ownership remains with Astflick Group Ltd until paid in full (Retention of Title applies)

8. Deemed Delivery Clause

Goods shall be deemed delivered when:

  • Signed for at the delivery address, OR
  • Confirmed delivered by the courier, OR
  • Delivery has been attempted and notice left

Failure to accept delivery does not:

  • Cancel the order
  • Delay or remove the obligation to pay

9. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Where delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No recipient available
  • Refusal of goods

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge redelivery fees
  • Recover all associated costs
  • Deduct costs from any refund (if applicable)

10. Inspection & Shortages

Customers must:

  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt
  • Report any:
    • Damage
    • Shortages
    • Incorrect items

Within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to do so constitutes:

  • Full acceptance of goods
  • Waiver of any claims

11. Damaged Goods Procedure

Where goods arrive damaged:

  • Photographic evidence must be provided
  • Packaging must be retained for inspection

We will:

  • Investigate with the carrier
  • Provide replacement or resolution where appropriate

12. International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped where agreed
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Import duties
    • Taxes
    • Customs clearance

We are not liable for:

  • Delays at customs
  • Seizure or regulatory restrictions

13. Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

For pallet or large-volume orders:

  • Delivery is typically kerbside only
  • Customer must ensure:
    • Appropriate equipment for unloading
    • Safe access

Failed pallet deliveries may incur:

  • Storage charges
  • Redelivery costs

14. Call-Off & Held Stock

Where goods are:

  • Purchased in advance
  • Allocated or held for delivery

They are:

  • Considered sold and reserved
  • Not cancellable

We reserve the right to:

  • Release stock if payment terms are not met
  • Charge storage fees where applicable

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure due to:

  • Supply shortages
  • Transport disruption
  • War or geopolitical events
  • Natural disasters
