This ETHILON™ Black Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code 1663H, is designed for precise soft tissue approximation and ligation where long-term tensile strength and minimal tissue reaction are essential. 1663H is supplied single-armed with one PS-1 Prime reverse cutting needle measuring 24 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature. The reverse cutting configuration enhances penetration through tougher tissue such as skin while reducing the risk of tissue cut-through. The Prime needle technology supports sharpness, durability and consistent performance throughout the procedure.
