Estimated Delivery between September 20 and September 22.
This ETHILON™ Black Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code 1663H, is designed for precise soft tissue approximation and ligation where long-term tensile strength and minimal tissue reaction are essential. Manufactured from non-absorbable nylon monofilament, ETHILON provides smooth tissue passage, dependable handling characteristics and excellent knot security.
The USP 3-0 size delivers increased tensile strength compared to finer gauges, making it suitable for skin closure and general soft tissue approximation requiring reliable support. The 18 inch (45 cm) strand length allows controlled handling across a wide range of surgical applications.
1663H is supplied single-armed with one PS-1 Prime reverse cutting needle measuring 24 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature. The reverse cutting configuration enhances penetration through tougher tissue such as skin while reducing the risk of tissue cut-through. The Prime needle technology supports sharpness, durability and consistent performance throughout the procedure.
Supplied sterile and single-use in a box of 36 sutures, this product is intended for professional hospital, surgical and outpatient clinical environments requiring secure, permanent non-absorbable wound closure.
