Product description

This ETHILON™ Black Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code 1865H, is designed for precise soft tissue approximation where fine tensile strength and controlled needle penetration are required. Manufactured from non-absorbable nylon monofilament, ETHILON provides smooth tissue passage, minimal tissue reactivity and dependable long-term wound support.

The USP 5-0 size offers refined tensile strength suitable for skin closure and delicate soft tissue procedures. The 18 inch (45 cm) strand length ensures controlled handling in both outpatient and hospital surgical environments.

1865H is supplied single-armed with one PC-3 Prime cutting needle measuring 13 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature. The cutting needle configuration enables accurate penetration through skin and firm tissue, while Prime needle technology supports sustained sharpness and consistent procedural performance.

Supplied sterile and single-use in a box of 36 sutures, this product is intended for professional clinical environments requiring reliable non-absorbable wound closure.
