This ETHILON™ Black Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code W745, is designed for secure soft tissue approximation where high tensile strength and extended strand length are required. Manufactured from non-absorbable nylon monofilament, ETHILON provides smooth tissue passage, minimal tissue reactivity and dependable long-term wound support.

The USP 1 size delivers substantial tensile performance suitable for fascia closure and high-tension soft tissue procedures. The extended 40 inch (100 cm) strand length offers increased working reach, making it particularly suitable for deeper operative fields and longer suture lines.

W745 is supplied single-armed (S/A) with one MH-1 taper point needle measuring approximately 36 mm with a 1/2 circle curvature. The taper point configuration enables controlled, atraumatic penetration through soft tissue while supporting secure and precise wound edge alignment.

Supplied sterile and single-use in a box of 12 sutures, this product is intended for professional hospital and surgical environments requiring strong, permanent non-absorbable tissue support.
