This PROLENE Polypropylene Blue Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, model 8741H, is engineered for ultra-fine vascular and microsurgical tissue approximation where precision handling and durability are critical. Manufactured from non-absorbable polypropylene monofilament, PROLENE provides smooth tissue passage, minimal inflammatory response and reliable permanent wound support.

The USP 8-0 diameter delivers ultra-fine tensile performance suitable for microvascular repair and delicate anastomosis procedures. The 60 cm (24 inch) strand length allows controlled placement and flexibility during microsurgical suturing.

This product features double-armed BV175-6 MULTIPASS taper point needles (8 mm). The taper point geometry ensures atraumatic vessel penetration, while MULTIPASS technology maintains needle sharpness through repeated passes.
