This PROLENE Polypropylene Blue Non-Absorbable Veterinary Surgical Suture, product code EH7764H, is designed for dependable skin and soft tissue approximation in veterinary procedures where consistent tensile strength and precise dermal penetration are required. Manufactured from non-absorbable polypropylene monofilament, PROLENE provides smooth tissue passage, minimal tissue reactivity and permanent wound support.

The USP 4-0 (Metric 1.5) diameter offers balanced tensile performance suitable for veterinary dermal closure and general soft tissue repair. The 45 cm strand length enables accurate placement and controlled knot tying across a wide range of animal surgical procedures.

This suture is equipped with a PS-3 PRIME™ reverse cutting needle. The PRIME™ reverse cutting geometry enhances needle strength, improves penetration through tougher dermal tissue and reduces the risk of cut-through.
