This PROLENE Polypropylene Undyed Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code F2860H, is engineered for reliable soft tissue and dermal approximation where refined handling and long-term tensile strength are essential. Manufactured from non-absorbable polypropylene monofilament, PROLENE provides smooth tissue passage, minimal inflammatory response and permanent wound support.

The USP 4-0 diameter delivers balanced tensile performance suitable for dermal and general soft tissue closure. The 75 cm strand length supports accurate placement and secure knot tying across a wide range of surgical procedures.

This suture is unidirectional and fitted with a P-3 PRIME MULTIPASS reverse cutting needle (13 mm). The PRIME reverse cutting geometry enhances needle strength and reduces tissue cut-through risk, while MULTIPASS technology is designed to maintain sharpness through repeated passes. The undyed configuration may be preferred where minimal suture visibility is desired. Supplied sterile and single-use in a box of 36, this product is intended for professional surgical environments requiring dependable non-absorbable wound closure.
