Ethicon STRATAFIX Spiral MONOCRYL Plus is a synthetic absorbable monofilament barbed surgical suture manufactured from poliglecaprone 25 and coated with triclosan antibacterial technology. It is engineered with a spiral knotless design to provide continuous tissue approximation without the need for knot tying.

The spiral barbed configuration distributes tension evenly along the wound line, maintaining consistent tissue approximation while helping to reduce operative time. The monofilament structure ensures smooth passage through tissue with minimal drag.

This USP 4-0 suture is supplied in a 30cm length, undyed, and fitted with one 19mm 3/8 circle Reverse Cutting PRIME needle. The PRIME needle design delivers enhanced cutting precision and controlled penetration, making it suitable for skin and tougher soft tissue closure.

STRATAFIX Spiral MONOCRYL Plus offers predictable absorption, dependable handling and antibacterial protection in professional surgical environments. Each suture is sterile, single use and supplied in boxes of 12.
