Ethicon STRATAFIX Spiral MONOCRYL Plus is a synthetic absorbable monofilament barbed surgical suture manufactured from poliglecaprone 25 and coated with triclosan antibacterial technology. It is engineered with a spiral knotless design to provide continuous tissue approximation without the need for knot tying.

The spiral barbed configuration distributes tension evenly along the wound line, maintaining consistent approximation while helping to reduce operative time. The monofilament construction ensures smooth tissue passage with minimal drag.

This USP 4-0 suture is supplied in a 30cm length, undyed, and fitted with one 17mm 1/2 circle taperpoint needle. The taperpoint needle is designed for precise, atraumatic penetration in delicate soft tissue closure procedures.
