The reverse spatula needle design is specifically intended for ophthalmic and microsurgical procedures, enabling precise lamellar dissection and controlled passage within delicate tissue planes while minimising trauma.

VICRYL sutures are absorbed by hydrolysis, resulting in gradual and predictable loss of tensile strength as healing progresses.
