LUXAMID Nylon Non-Absorbable Monofilament Surgical Sutures are intended for general soft tissue approximation and ligation where long-term tensile strength is required. Manufactured from high-quality polyamide monofilament, these sutures are non-absorbable and produce minimal tissue reaction.
The smooth monofilament construction provides low tissue drag, excellent handling characteristics, and reliable knot security, supporting precise placement and consistent clinical performance. The blue colouring enhances visibility against tissue, aiding accurate suture placement during procedures.
This variant is supplied in USP 4/0, 75 cm length, and fitted with a DS 24 (24 mm) cutting needle, designed to cut cleanly through delicate skin and fine tissue. Cutting needles are particularly suitable for controlled penetration and precise incision in fine closure work.
Each box contains 12 sterile sutures, individually packaged to maintain sterility and suitability for professional surgical use.
