This ETHILON™ Black Monofilament Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, product code W786BG, is designed for secure soft tissue approximation where strong tensile performance and controlled needle penetration are required. W786BG is supplied single-armed (S/A) with one CEC135-40 Prime reverse cutting needle measuring approximately 40 mm with a 1/2 circle curvature. The reverse cutting configuration enhances controlled penetration through tougher tissue such as skin and fascia while helping reduce tissue cut-through. Prime needle technology ensures sustained sharpness and consistent procedural performance.
